Privacy Policy — Somani Evergreen
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you share with us when you order via WhatsApp or contact us — your name, phone number, and delivery address, plus the items you order. We do not offer user accounts, so no account profiles, passwords, or login records are created or stored.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process and deliver your orders, communicate order updates via WhatsApp, provide customer support, and improve our products and services. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and strict access controls to protect your personal information. Payment information is never collected or stored because we exclusively use Cash on Delivery.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session. No third-party advertising cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
Orders are placed over WhatsApp, so messages you send there are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third-party services without your explicit consent.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us directly on WhatsApp at +92 344 0239344 or email somanievergreen@gmail.com and we will respond to data requests within 48 hours.
7. Data Retention
We retain order records for 2 years for reference and quality assurance purposes. WhatsApp chat history is retained according to WhatsApp's own policies.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact Us
For privacy-related inquiries, contact us at somanievergreen@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 344 0239344. We take your privacy seriously and will address any concerns promptly.
