1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
We process returns or refunds only for quality-related issues, wrong items, missing items, or damaged packaging at delivery time. Because we deliver fresh/perishable products, general change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
2. Reporting Window
To request support, contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Please share your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos of the product so our team can verify the issue quickly.
3. Resolution Options
After review, we may offer one of the following based on the case: replacement of the affected item, partial refund, or full refund. The final resolution is determined after quality verification.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
Requests may be declined if the reporting window has passed, product handling/storage was not appropriate after delivery, or evidence is insufficient to verify the issue.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the payment method and operational checks. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund settlement details are shared directly by our support team.
