Indian Salmon, locally known as Rawas, is one of Pakistan's premium fish — large, firm-fleshed, and perfect for boneless fillets. The pinkish-white meat has a mild, clean flavour with a subtle richness that works beautifully in fish biryani, grilled steaks, pan-fried fillets, and fish curry.
